Beverage Tractor, established in 1987 by Charlie Beverage Jr. and his father, Charlie Beverage Sr., has been a prominent provider of agricultural and construction equipment in Virginia for over three decades. In 2021, the company expanded its reach by acquiring Collie Equipment in Danville, a well-respected local business. This acquisition allowed Beverage Tractor to serve the Danville community while preserving the legacy built by Jim Shields and his team.

In February 2025, Beverage Tractor announced the relocation of its Danville store to a new facility at 1525 South Boston Rd, Danville, VA. The move aimed to enhance operational capacity and provide improved services to customers. The transition was completed by the end of February 2025, with the new location fully operational and ready to welcome customers.
